As the PWTA rolls out the new app, all of the forms and information will be accessabile by using that app or visiting the Administrative Services Only website (at asonet.com).

Retires should use the ASO website or can telephone ASO at (516) 396-5500. Questions concerning eligibility or life insurance claims can be resolved by calling ASO at (516) 394-9477.

Active PWTA members can downlod the PWTA app by scanning the QR code below.

 

With the decline of CD/DVD drives installed on computers and rise in use of handheld devices, the Benefit Trust will now use this online resource to provide members with policies, forms and documents related to our dental, vision, life, long term disability and other benefits. Required HIPAA documents are also included.

Access requires use of a user ID and password which will be provided to members. If you don't have yours, or have forgotten the information, contact the PWTA office by phone at (516) 883 6229 or e-mail office@pwta.info.
